I live in Little Rock, there's plenty of great places, depending on what you like and how far you want to drive.
President Clinton Avenue has plenty of great places. For fried seafood or raw oysters, try the Flying Fish, raucous atmosphere at times. Sonny Williams is a great place to get a steak, a little pricy. The Flying Saucer usually has a great crowd, pub food, but a huge selection of beers. Capriccio Grill and Capital Bar and Grill are fairly close together, both nice places to eat. Dizzy's is a great little Cajun place a block or two south of Clinton Avenue.
Cregeen's is a great little pub just across the river in North Little Rock, and Starving Artist Cafe is close to that as well.
All great places to get something to eat.
Warning: don't stray south of I-630 after dark!
