How about shoplifting? Say you paid the fine, did no community service or anything. It was supposedly kept a private matter between the store and the thief as long as you paid the fine within their time limit and no cops or anything were involved?

Paid the fine to the store? Police were never called? no court room? no paperwork?
Tell your friend it never happened....

Yeah he said he had a class3. Do they not drug test you all on a class 3 physical? They do during a military flight physical, well I think they do, they take a urine sample.

They don't drug test you for any of them. If someone says you failed a drug test and you never signed a consent form (unless you're in the military), SUE - For everything they've got.
