List of Part 91 LOAs

Hi guys,

Is there a reference to see what part 91 procedures/operations require Letters of Authorization (e.g., RVSM)? Part 135 operations specifications are pretty straight forward, so I'm wondering if there's similar guidance for 91 operators when it comes to LOAs. Thanks!

To clarify, take a look at B035 - "Class I Navigation in the U.S. Class A Airspace Using Area or Long Range Navigation Systems."

There's mention of a 91 LOA for such operations - do you really need it when flying part 91, or is it optional? I can understand the additional requirements of RVSM and why it might require an LOA, but using GPS to navigate in US airspace?

FAA Order 8900.1 which is accessed at fsims.faa.gov. It doesnt have the friendliest search feature, but enter 1411 to get info on rvsm specifically, 1220 for info on authorizations, and 1230 for info on waivers.
