Line up and wait eh never mind stay right there

LAHSO is bad. I wouldn't accept one in a 172 on a 12000ft runway with 11999 remaining. Also, I have never flown for a certificated carrier that was opspec'd to do them. I'd imagine most are that way.

Every 121 carrier I have worked for was approved for LASHO operations.

We routinely land on 22L in BOS and hold short of 27.

LASHO is what you make of it. If you have the performance numbers, there should not be any problem. If it is too close, conditions don't permit it, or you just don't have a warm and fuzzy feeling about it, just don't accept the LASHO clearance.
 
Apparently it was a cfi at gorge's that was messing this up(allegedly). Let's all shame him at once
 
I'm just going to say, while the delays off the 4s suck when we don't have the proverbial "lights and sirens" on, it's way less sketchy now.
