Oh jeesh.

EDIT: My favorite are the guys who have the impeccable uniform, complete with hat and blazer, but have to suck in the Buddha belly to flare. I mean really, what creates the better image? The trim, healthy pilot without the hat wearing a leather jacket, or the guy dressed up with all the flourish who's probably winded from the walkaround? :)
 
My personal favorite is the guy with the crap uniform and the Buddha belly! Lord know we have a crap ton of them.

There is one guy in base where, god forbid I have to fly with him, I tell him that in the event of an emergency I am going out the hatch first. I am not going to burn to death because for fat ass gets stuck.
