LGA "Crashpad" Hotels...

Thats a good one...I think we use it for our overnites...Any idea what the going rate is around there...Im sure there are no deals like i got in SDF before, ($40 total w tax).
 
If you call the Marriott and talk with the sales person they usually will play ball with you. The van will take you pretty much anywhere within reason if you talk with the driver ahead of time. I stayed there the night before my interview so I didnt really check out the amenities.

The Pan-American Hotel on Queens Boulevard. It is nothing pretty, but clean, safe,and 60 bucks a night. From what I have heard for every 6 nights you stay there, you get a free one. Plus they have van transportation and its next to the Queens Center Mall.

It's no longer the $60 crew rate. It's now $90 and about $100-something after all is said and done. One of the captains I fly with a lot stopped staying there because of the price increase.
