Letter of Discountinuance

So I got a pink slip on 3/25/09, then a letter of discountinuance on 4/22/09, and am going to take the rest of my checkride on 5/13/09. So my question is-the letter is valid for 60 days, so basically-Do I have 60 days from 4/22/09 to complete my checkride?

so then I guess my question is-i need my original pink slip, letter, 8710 form from the time I got my letter (not a new 8710), logbook, medical, written, and my ground instructor licenses?

Your check ride is good for 60 from the 22nd. That does not hold true for your endorsements though. You logbook and 8710 are only good for 60 from the original signature so you may need those updated before you go. Technically he should have also given you back your 8710 so you could use the same one. Good luck!!!
