I just got a text from the guy that trained me here at Amflight about this one. I didn't have a clue that he read this crap!

I got it. Somebody beat you over the head with the manual, and when you woke up, severely brain damaged, you were a Red Wings fan.

You got hired by XJET and celebrated with Emily at a Red Wings game. Well I know you cant make my show July 10th for whatever reason. ;)
 
Last time I read a thread like this was April 1st. I can understand if he took a job flying the 145 over being a freight dog. I would do the same. The thing that I can't figure out for the life of me is why he would want to be seen in a Red Wings sweater!!!! Oh my god. Talk about defiling yourself....;):sarcasm:
 
john congrats on the xjt interview. im glad to see you are moving on and doing something that is good for you. in regards to emily i hope everything works out. best of luck to both of you.
 
My Red Wings jersey is soaked with tears right now....hung up in the cold, dark closet, just like my heart.....damn hockeytown.
 
The patented JTrain twist to this story is that INSIDE that ExpressJet binder is a SkyWest CRJ 200 training manual. He's moving to SLC, told me himself just tonight!
 
As soon as I start at Ameriflight, he leaves. I guess there just wasn't enough room for the both of us! :) Oh well, congrats.
