I tell you, it's proven itself to be so true over and over in my career many, many times. Sometimes funny, sometimes scary.....

....and sometimes very nearly terminal......

No, she worked at RVS, not sure if she moved, since it's almost been a year since I left. This lady was cool, she would talk to you makes fun of your landings, since there is not a lot of people flying after 5pm.

I'm not sure. The Tulsa App controller has the sexiest voice I've ever heard on the radio though. She always hands you off and says SeeeeeeeYaaaaaa. OMG chills man

Yeah that is a different lady, this one had a normal girls voice. She also works Tulsa tower, we had a good time:D Love when she said cleared for the touch and go.
 
I won't be available to meet until June 1st. Any time after that I'm game for, but I'll be too busy up until then. I'm really looking forward to it happening. The Laughing Wench in Jenks is also a good little pub to meet at, and it has some character too! Really looking forward to meeting everyone in person! We can call ourselves The JC 918ers. haha
 
I'm game.

Someone said that they know someone who knows the Seeeeeyaaaa girl. I have to ask what we are all thinking. Does she look like she sounds? :bandit:

I caught her off guard a couple of weeks ago. The weather was crap with T-storms. She was doing a great job vectoring aircraft around the cells without running the planes together. When she handed us off to our final approach controller, I told her "good job." She had her patented SeeeeeYaaaa ready to go, and then switched to "thank you" midway through. I felt I cheated myself out of a seeeeyaaaa.

The first week of June would be great and "The Wench" is a great little pub. It was within waking distance of my house in Jenks when I lived there, so it's special to me:D.

I always wonder if when I'm on the radio if I get that "I'd hit that" from all the guys on the frequency. :sarcasm: I bet if mikecweb heard me he would definately give me one. :laff:
