How many websites can be LEGALLY used instead of a wx brief over the phone?

The FAA recently put out a set of requirements for websites to be a qualifed weather info provider (short of a DUATS-type setup), so you should start to see more sites popping up. See this AC: AC 00-62. I wish aviationweather.gov would do what it takes to be "official". If you search for "QICP" (Qualified Internet Communications Provider) it will come up with some hits, but I think they're probably all pay services.
