This<br />includes the responsibility of driving Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s),<br />Irregular Operations (IROPS) and ensuring that the best service is provided to<br />the customer by effectively planning and communicating. </div><p> </p><div>Ensure adherence to all applicable Federal Regulations, Company Policies and any other<br />applicable rules and regulations<br />Remain current and qualified as a Flight Follower for Part 121 and 135 operations<br />Be a proactive, critical thinker to formulate and execute plans of action for<br />operational irregularities with management, associated company departments and<br />Mountain Air Cargo (MAC) customers<br />Perform Flight Followers duties, as needed <br />Assign daily shift duties to the Flight Followers and monitor their duties<br />Ensure that Flight Followers are able to perform flight release and flight following<br />duties, and report to the Manager, OCC any training needs<br />Work with the Manager, OCC to develop tools and improve department processes<br />Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for the development and content of the Flight<br />Follower training program<br />Assist in maintaining Flight Follower shift schedules to ensure adequate staffing on<br />all shifts<br />Ensure flight crewmember legality with respect to flight and duty times <br />Ensure all company and vendor reporting is accomplished accurately and in a timely<br />manner<br />Attend and/or lead department and company meetings, as assigned<br />Assist in executing security program duties and responsibilities<br />Other duties, as assigned</div><div> </div>
