Ignite your career by leading a team and shaping our operations, propelling your professional journey to new heights</span></p> <p><br></p> <p><span>JOB DUTIES:</span></p> <ul> <li>Dispatch Lead will hold all responsibilities of the Dispatcher</li> <li>Assumes seniority and responsibility of shift when management is not on site</li> <li>Assign tasks and assignments to Dispatchers</li> <li>Ensures tasks and duties are being performed on the assigned shift</li> <li>Assists Dispatchers with problem solving and decision making when needed</li> <li><span> </span>Other duties as assigned</li> </ul> <p><br></p> <p><span>QUALIFICATIONS:</span></p> <ul> <li><span></span><span> </span><span>FAA Dispatch License</span></li> <li><span></span><span> </span><span>Remote Options Available: </span> <ul> <li><span>Successful candidates must have the availability to attend mandatory training sessions at our Oakdale, CA site for a minimum of 30 days initially, and also be available for ongoing training sessions as recommended by the company.
