To ensure our aircraft and personnel are prepared to handle our customers’ needs. Our Dispatchers coordinate and dispatch all of our aircraft and flight crew, as well as, handle catering requests, transportation arrangements, accommodations and any other needs that may arise.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule the companies 20 aircraft and 50 crew members.
- Prepare quotes for managed and charter customers
- Coordinate customer requests including catering, transportation, hotels, etc.
- Arrange ground handling and support.
- Negotiate fuel prices for company aircraft.
- Arrange landing permits and over-flight permits.
- Notify U.S. Customs when required.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers.
- Develop relationships within the aviation industry that will help broaden our customer base.
