Spending some time in Dallas on a college football charter so I had to get my Tex-Mex fix, but on this unusually long layover there was also time for some stellar Italian food. It's great to walk into a place where they actually speak Italian, and I love the note on their menu

I quit listening to that when I found out things like tuna, hotdogs, and french fries aren't unheard of on pizza in Italy.

Definitely not!!! It’s from every end of the spectrum.

Btw I love Monks on the Phl layover! They had a Russian River tap take over last time I was there. Almost felt like home.
