Last evening that we had in HKG we went and checked out Chaat, a one Micheline Michelin Star Indian Restaurant.

FTFY. It's still just a tire company, no need to make it fancier

Speaking of delicious food, have you been to "The Walrus and the Carpenter" near DT SEA? We literally just had them bring out the menu last time.

edit: menu looks fantastic. Throwing halibut collars on as a main is a legit move that I respect like a '73 Porsche 911 RS......purity and sense of purpose

Ballard is pretty cool, lots of good places to eat out there. Hadn’t been until a year or so ago, when our oldest kid had his robotics regional finals there…..was kinda neat because they held it at my mother-in-law’s old high school from the early 1960’s, now heavily renovated (I’m sure Ballard High has a wee bit of money)
