LAS crash pad needed

I have a 2 bedroom condo in the Bella Vita gated community. It is located just south of Flamingo on Decatur. The Palms and Rio are a very easy walk and the strip is well within reach. Condo is fully renovated with granite kitchen/bath counters, brand new carpet/paint. Within the gated community are numerous tennis courts, pools and fitness center which you will have free and full access to. Unit is top floor with a huge balcony in very quiet secluded corner. The owner occupies one bedroom and is only around a few nights here and there. The 2nd bedroom is the crashpad room where there are 2 nice new queen size beds and you will have your own bed so no hot sheeting here. A car is required and there is ample free off the street parking and carport. Condo also has a free washer/dryer in the unit. Free Wi-Fi also included in rent. Basically everything is provided here and all you have to bring is your pillow/bedding. $250 a months gets you in this very nice crashpad.
