The video is not from the 92' Surabachi mishap. The video is of a Marine H-46 coming in to do a fast rope insertion. The pilot came in too fast and two low and caught the left main on the safety net. There were several fatalities.

H46Bubba,

Saw some cool pics of an H-46 off the coast of San Diego. Lost an engine and ditched. However, the 46 was watertight and had one engine running, so it water-taxied 2 miles onto the beach of NAS North Island and shut down.

Pretty cool.
