Laid off in CMH....

I will be essentially laid off April 1st. I have worked in nursing for the last five years and am currently attending OSU for aviation. I will have my PPL by September. Currently I have no hours and little to no aviation experience. Does any one have any suggestions? I am interested in anything that would get me working in aviation.

Not yet...It has come at a bad time since finals week is next week. I also have exams and a large paper due this week. I have to update my resume and start calling around Tuesday.

Where and with whom are you trying to get a line job?

I am mostly concerned with getting any job that will give me exposure to the industry. I hope I didn't cause any confusion.

i worked for a summer at airnet sorting packages and loading planes while i was at osu. hours kinda sucked but the pay wasn't bad.

Part time flight nurse, maybe? Call around to the air ambulance companies around there.
