LA, MS, or TX ANG

Hey all:

I currently live in Baton Rouge, LA, I am looking to join the LA, MS or TX ANG as an ATC. My qualifications include a four-year degree, CSEL, CMEL, CFI, CFII, MEI, 1200TT.

I have always wanted to serve my country and have always wanted to be an ATC.

If anyone can help me out, I would appreciate it.
