This is my Custom Title
Took a nice XC to Milwaukee earlier this week in the Arrow III. It was fun getting real IMC and shooting a couple of approaches for real. I forgot just how green things are back east!

Damn, you had that thing balls to the wall!!

BTW, can you make any suggestions about power setting in the arrow? Have one at the school I work at but I am just curious about pushing it to the stops.

Looked in the POH and talked to the chief pilot and he likes 21.7 and 2400. It is a PA28R-200 and flies great, but I am still getting used to it.
 
Of course the MP depends on altitude... we were mostly between 8000-10000 so MP was around 21-22. I recommend 2300 cruise RPM. The POH will always be your best bet to make sure you are within recommended useage. I think 21.5" and 2300 got us around 9.5gph cruise running 25 ROP.

also - makes a big difference in ours to turn off the AC in flight so the scoop closes. that adds 5-10 kts.
