KSPG - Another One In the Drink!

Third time is the charm? Maybe people will get smart about landing there and make sure they know what's going on before they put more in the drink.

It is an easy runway to misjudge, wide and looks shorter than it is. (it ain't that long though, I am guessing it was 36.)

Won't rush to judgment here, I know the plane and the CFI. I've called a go around many times there with fairly experienced pilots, it isn't the place to try and save a high or fast approach. (to put it on the numbers tower often gets an altitude alert)

Yup, I fell into that trap once on 36. I was flying a Remos, so thankfully by the time I got it on the runway, it was basically stopped. I'm glad the 1st time I went in there was with a slow speed airplane, just to get a feel for the field.
