Anyone have anything good, or bad for that matter to say about Sunrise aviation at KSNA Orange County/John Wayne ? Im looking for a flight school in Orange Co., or within driving distance of. . . . any suggestions?

Nothing against SNA by any means. Flew in there a couple weeks ago and decided to do a touch n go due to the anticipated wait on the ground.
Long Beach Flying Club is my suggestion.
Yeah, that and the age of the airplanes kinda prevented me from going there when I was first looking. Although, I'm glad I didn't go though, cause i ended up finding a school with newer planes, a good CFI, and where everyone knows you, usually smiles, and are very talkative.mrivc211 said:Plus, I didn't like how they'd lose a plane or two a year in a crash.
