Far less annoying that the "Minimums! Minimums!" I get. (That beep is 1000' from the alt sel in the G1000).

If it were the radar alt, it would give the "minimums" voice.

Yeah, true. I was thinking of the altitude select up top, but you're right, you can set DH/DA in either RALT or Baro.
That tone in the video was a result of the altitude set in the Preselect Altitude window, not the DH/DA.

in that dash I get a chime like that from the alt selector with in 1000 feet and when I leave whats in it.
