Killing time in hotel rooms. Or out of them.

I feel like i'm rotting in this hotel in TN. All the good hotels in the area are booked because of the flooding, and we can't fly because of low ceilings, ugh.

Bored.

I'm bored as hell in my hotel. It's not even a "hotel" as much as a "bed and breakfast". Effin ACK. It's cold outside (For shorts...which I packed), expensive and there's no sign we're leaving anytime soon.

That TGI Friday near the hotel is not bad! Flight crews are in there often. I met a couple of cool Jet Blue FA's in there once. My company used to put us up in that Holiday Inn. Now we're held up in the LaQuinta across the street when we stay there.

At least you're in MA! I can't wait to get back home, and I never thought I'd be wishing I was in MA!

all of his books rock. i also like when he presents shows on tv/nova....

also, all of Carl Sagan's 'Cosmos' is on hulu.com if you wanna trip out about SPAAAACE!!!

I haven't watched those but I'll check them out. I do watch the History Channel's "The Universe." Not sure if they have those online but Kaku's on those as well. Real interesting stuff.

cosmos is awesome. a little dated on some of the specific info, but the style and tone that sagan had was really fantastic.

Glad I'm not the only wiki-geek here... it's becoming a nightly ritual. But after a while staring at a monitor starts to hurt your head.

One more night and I'm free... so close...

yeah, i have a 70 hour project and i only get to fly about three hours a day due to turbulence or clouds. i'll be stuck here forever.

Yeah that sucks. Can't wait to get home, seems like I'm missing more and more important events back home for nothing while rotting in a hotel room in a random city....living the dream...
