I was going to say run as well.
Once I was chided, very severely here on these forums, by one of our members saying how Key Lime wasn't Key sLimeany longer...that the company had changed somehow, but then they got hosed as well...and I went back to my original opinion.

Knew a guy that worked there from about 3-5 years ago and he said that they got a new director of MX at the time. As a result engine failures and other mechanical issues drastically dropped and morale went up dramatically.
Haven't heard anything since, good or bad, but that's probably a good thing now that I think about it.

I do know the training seemed pretty hectic where the pilots often rented cars and had to drive between DEN and the outstations. It was such a pain in the ass for my friend that I often gave him buddy passes on Skywest to save him several hours driving as his CASS wasn't active during all of this. But that was years ago, 2010 I think.

Let's see... fired a friend for "lying" during an incident investigation, which he was telling the truth the entire time, sued for the training contract which eventually after a year lead to settlement. Fired a former DO for taking an interview at an airline. Fired a another friend for "flying with an open squawk."
I was asked to stay despite what happened to my friends by the CP at the time, but I knew better. By the way, that CP was let go a few months after I left. So, if you can survive brutal 6-day UPS schedules, walking on egg shells trying not to be violated, live out the middle of nowhere Wyoming (Rawlins,) and put up with non gracious micromanaging owners and management: this may be the job for you!

I met one of the owners of Key Lime recently, and he was telling me they need people... Oh yeah he also said that morale was low but they are trying to fix it. I was thinking, "the owner, of all people, isn't really selling this very well to me."
