Kettlebells

Discovered the kettlebells in the gym last week. I'm addicted already. Great fully body workout.

I also have a TRX for when I am away from home. Hooks up to the back of any door. Very versatile and lightweight.

Two very good recommendations, TRX is a great thing when one doesn't have access to a gym...or even whe one does!

The military one. I didn't choose that model for any specific reason. It just happened to be the one I found on Craigslist.

Nice. I'm think I am going to go with the home one so it doesn't take up too much room in the suitcase.
