We can take the tie off before TOC. But everything else has to stay on until TOC per company policy. It has to due with possible evacuations and emergency personnel not knowing who the crew is if they're in pajamas.

Do they put “change back to uniform” in any QRH procedure that leads to “land immediately at the nearest suitable airport”?
