WTF

I can't believe you're speculating on a cause from the info presented.

Don't do that.

Why not? I haven't made any judgements, just some idle speculating about what may have happened. I could see the validity of your complaint if I were second guessing pilots' actions, but I'm not sure I see the problem with what I've said so far.

Just looking for clarification, not an argument. :)

Oh, its just cargo... who cares? :sarcasm:

Glad everyone was ok, pretty significant damage, I bet that will cut their duty day in half.

Never a good thing to see, but man, that could have turned out a whole lot worse. The picture posted here doesn't show it, but there are a ton of houses about 1/2 mile off the nose of the plane.

Glad none of our pilot brethern were hurt. Very lucky.

It appears to have been a -100. Could have been a -200. Sometimes when they are converted, different windows on the upperdeck are blocked out. Definately not an SP.

Thanks, yeah just was able to get the registration.

Turns out to be a -200.

It was obviously a cargo shift...geez, can't you tell that from the great amount of information and the picture?!? I can't believe no one has solved this mishap yet!!! You guys are letting me down. Oh yes, if there is any doubt...:sarcasm:

Glad no one was seriously injured. We have a few guys in our unit that flies for them.
