Have fun! They must have shot their available pilot pool into outter space, considering that AOPA brought out an article on their hardship to find pilots a few years back? What a cool place to be!

Will do, thanks a lot! :)

They are really starting to expand and need more guys for the wheel planes. It is hard to find people that want to live down here though. It is just a lot different than living on the mainland. Even in our class, two people didn't make it down. I was talking with one of the local guys and he said it is like that in every job field.

It sounds like an awesome gig. The wife and I have been thinking about Seaborne for a while, I think the island lifestyle would've be great for us. I chose a different route but dream of the islands almost everyday (Michigan in the winter vs. Caribbean:(). Enjoy the twotter, should be a blast to fly!

I won't be doing any floats at this time, but down the road there should hopefully be an opportunity. At this time though, they are really looking to add more wheel planes.

Thanks to everyone else who posted on here as well. I have been having a good time and am looking forward to heading up to Toronto next week.
 
I just wanted to post a fast update. I did pass sim and the checkride! I just finished IOE too. I didn't have internet for a while so it made it hard to post anything. If anyone has questions about the process let me know. I am too tired to write anything else for now.
