Hello. I am about to embark on the ATP journey my self in two months. Looking forward to it, I'll be doing the private in Mesa,AZ and the career track at Sacramento, class date starting June 2.

I am coming from an interesting airport background being a line guy, ramp rat, Airport Firefighter/EMT (civilian and in the Marines) , operations officer and manager.

Time to start flying. Looking forward to it.

dude... me too. except ill be at the dfw location.. i start june2 in the private.. at 0800 baby yaaa....
 
Awesome man, have fun! The IWA location is the best...I spent three months there and that's still my favorite airport. Good luck and enjoy!

Good luck at ATP, I went there. It was a great time
 
Yes Sir, good 'ol camp good buddy! I was there May to Sept 2000. Served at MCAS Yuma, AZ and Futenma Okinawa.

For some reason I don't think I should show up to class with my skydiving rig, might get looked at funny. :)

2 of the people in my Private class intended on wrapping up their PPL @ IWA and heading up to the Sac location for the ACPP. Both stayed, one is now an instructor at IWA. Send a PM to MrLind. He may take a bit to get back to you, he's been flying his butt off.

astec, please let me know about your experience. Which DFW location? Arlington, or Addison?

Who knows, maybe I'll make a decision and see you at one of those locations.

ha ok.. ill be at the gky location.. arlington... but yea i start june 2nd.. and my acpp august 18 i think it is..
