Considering that its gonna be a long wait till a referral list is made and the process drudges along, I was wondering about the rates at which controllers get hired. As in, of all the OTS people who take the ATSAT, place in well-qualified and pass the background checks.... what percentage of the applicants is actually getting picked up?
