Most people stay because it's in NYC and that's where they want to be. If you're not tied down to the Northeast, there's little reason you'd stay there over a legacy.

People have generally been pretty happy, but the fact they unionized now when it was never really close to happening before says a lot.

Majority are happy. The main push for the union was for protection given the current airline landscape. But, yes, we have lost a few to the legacies that didn’t have ties to NYC.

January class is for 3 dispatchers (internal & external)
