Jeppesen Ordering

I'm I the only one who finds Jeppesen's website extremely difficult to navigate through and to update orders, especially when compared to ordering direct NOS charts from the FAA? Then if you have to call into Jepp, it's about at least 15 minute hold.

I've never had any problems ordering my charts from Jepp. Either from the website, snail mail or talking to someone on the phone.

Maybe I'm just lucky

I guess I have frequent contact with Jepp since we have 24 or so pilots.
