Yea so you will go from having your private ASEL to Commercial ASEL AMEL IA all in 1.5 hours. My 325 stage check was not that hard at all. 1.3 oral and we spent half that time talking about the heater which I never used because I did 325 over the summer. Flight was 1.5 so really not all that tortuous.

...private pilot! Passed the checkride today with over 43 hours. Logged flight time for the first time on June 11th, so it's been one hell of a busy summer.

congratulations man! I too am going to start my instrument rating soon but I may get my float rating first since winter is fast approaching here in Alaska.
