Nothing I've seen from ATP indicates that the Citation time is PIC. It's either dual received or SIC, but it's loggable as multiengine turbine time either way. I'm guessing it's more of a familiarization ride, exposure to jet crew coordination procedures. Personally, I think I'd prefer the 6 hrs in King Air 90 that the program used to offer, as I gather that some of that was actual PIC.

I'm sorry...my error. No PIC...but we do actually get to fly the citation for 3hrs with t-o and landing. And we do get to log the SIC time. I'm planning on doing my Citation type with ATP after I finish the ACPP program. But the citation ride is definitely a big plus to the program.
