Sidebar: when we were shopping for a new airplane back in '08, our recommendation to the owners was a G150. They went with the Hawker instead. When we went to the factory to get it, I didn't have a very open mind. Being that neither the CP or I were typed, they gave us a factory test pilot to get us through the acceptance and delivery flight (he ended up becoming our chief pilot). He was giving a little systems familiarization and said "Hawkers suck" when showing us how to transfer fuel. I chuckled and said "yeah, they really do." He certainly didn't think it was funny, and of course I didn't realize that what he said and what I heard were totally different things until I went through initial a few weeks later.
