Don't know if I/we will make it this year or not. If I do it'll probably be two days, with a separate baby in tow each day. I wouldn't want to leave my mom with both kids for an entire day. They're too much work. Also with showing/packing/selling/buying/moving there just may not be enough time for us to get up there.
I'll miss it if I don't make it though, I've gone just about every year since 1996.

I'm going for the end of the show...arriving the night of the 29th and leaving on the Sunday. It should be fun. I might actually get to fly-in this year.

Last year was my first time. Loved it! You got to get the Cow Pilot Posters. Too funny.

The emphasis is on general aviation, but they have everything...WWII warbirds, fighter jets, civilian airliners, biz jets, you name it.

I was planning to fly in this year with a friend who owns a Piper Lance, but now I'm too busy instructing and can't take the time off. But I can't complain, it's a good problem to have!

Flying into Oshkosh is a real kick. Just be well prepared and do what the procedure says. Period. Oh and don't run into anybody.

Well I would not be pic. No students are allowed to be pic for the show. I will just might actually be in a plane for the first time this year. I have been there 3 or 4 times and driven each of them.

I'd love to go but can't get the time off work. Hopefully next year. It sucks living so close but not having the chance go.
