The grass is ALWAYS greener on the other side, but it could be so much worse. First world problems to the core man... I was just some aviation nut back in middle school and high school... Now here I am, "work" staring me in the face day in and day out. Are there days where I feel like this? >>>
Sure, but I also have days where I feel like this >>>>

I have a fiancee who fully supports my career path, and a family who is very loving and supportive. I have friends and hobbies apart from flying, and there is never a day that goes by where I'm like "Mannn I wish I made pizzas for the rest of my life and got to work with druggies and horrible managers and have rude customers in my ear all day." I love my job, and when I think about where I've been in life I feel truly blessed. It doesn't matter what stage of my career that I am in, I am going to make the most of it. Just keep pushing through those plateaus. In that moment you may not be feeling it, but there are days and moments where that glimmer of light reminds you why you do what you love.
