You stay classy!! And the bluetooth made you look sooooooooooo much more cool!

In a pilot uniform drinking. I think throwing on the T-shirt out of your grip would have been a better idea. Or at least take the stripes off.

Blue tooth in the ear is a great way to tell the world that you are a moron. Why does it need to be in your ear when you are walking around the mall, or in a bar, or not doing anything that is occupying your hands, thus making a blue tooth a necessity?

May be its apple juice? I wouldn't post someone's picture in a forum regardless of whatever action they are caught in. There are privacy laws and you posted his picture with out his permission. And if he sees this picture, he has every right in this world to go after your tush.

Never use photographs in a way that exposes someone to hatred, ridicule or contempt, or reflects unfavorably upon one’s personal morality or integrity. A person who is portrayed in a false light or defamed may bring a lawsuit against you for the damages he has suffered (such as humiliation, the loss of a job or the ability to earn a living).

And never wear your airline uniform to a bar and then keep it on while drinking!

In all fairness to the OP, the picture quality is so poor that the person couldn't possibly be identified. If the suggestion hadn't already been made that this person was a pilot, I'd be hard pressed to look at the pictures and think I saw epaulets with stripes on them. Gotta take his word about the bluetooth too

After seeing the picture and reading the description, I almost did not even need to be told he had the bluetooth in!

My wife is an airport agent, at her airline it's a terminating offense to be caught drinking in uniform from gate agent to Captain.

Hell it's unprofessional regardless of your job title...
