Is the Bachelor Degree a MUST?

Is a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration also a good Bachelor to become an airline pilot?
This one has more things in common with my actual school.

Yes you 100% do need a degree in this career. The good news is that unlike most careers, in aviation nobody cares where you got it or what it is in.....for now.

A recent survey of HR professionals had some interesting results.

When asked if online degrees are viewed more favorably today than 5 years ago, 90% agreed or strongly agreed.

Yet 63% said that at their organizations, applicants with traditional degrees are preferred over those with online degrees, all else being equal.

And only 47% said they agreed that online degrees are equally credible.

67% said applicants seldom or never identified their degrees as being from an online university.

That being said, if the degree is an online one from a traditional university that also happens to offer an online option, one would never know. Personally, with the fluctuating schedules pilots have, pursuing an online option makes perfect sense.

It's not a MUST, because they don't hold you at gunpoint and say "Show me your degree or else!" But your chances at getting on with a major carrier in the US are reduced.

Thank you for your answers.
Now I'm really thinking of attending a university + a flight school. Now I have to look how much will it cost per each year.
