Is center more difficult?

Thank you for your detailed replies ATLTRACON and ATC Retired. So basically, once I get started in center, tower, or tracon, you would recommend staying there. Is there more traffic to deal with in each sector at a tracon? I can't believe some controllers were getting paid to do nothing all day at zbw. Where were the supervisors? ha ha. I noticed that center training is much longer than tracon at the academy.

LOL man I guess it is the same everywhere in the government. Sounds like here at the post office in maintenance. About 25% of the people do most of the work, the middle half get by, and then the bottom quarter do absolutley NOTHING and make just as much if not more than you. Now that I know that is the same I wonder what the suppervisors are like? Here they dodge work about as much or more and they are never the brightest people either. They really dont want you to get injured... wonder why??? so they dont have to do the paperwork, lol
