For Sale ipod touch 32GB

anyone interested in a 32GB ipod touch, its the newest gen with OS4, i just got an iphone and have no use for it anymore, its only a couple weeks old and in great shape, a couple minor scratches on the back but thats about it.... if anyone is interested i'll sell it for $150, if not i'll try ebay.

does the newest generation come with OS4 or did you upload OS4 onto it? If you uploaded it, how it is working with the Ipod Touch?

looking at Apple.com, it seems that the Ipod 32GB still comes with 3.1 software?
