just about brand new. I mistakenly put the 4.0 firmware on it and it flaked on it, so a little over a week ago I took it into the Apple Store and they gave me a new one instead of trying to fix the old. Suffice to say, this puppy is about 2 weeks old.

Yes, A certain duration of AppleCare comes with the phone, I think about a years worth.

I just got the 4G for my birthday and don't need the 3G anymore.

Only problem with eBay is they take out 9% of the final sale cost and then paypal takes out another $10-$15 dollars. So instead of $350 in your pocket you probably came out with $300.
