IOE... Part duex!

So after a nice long break on captain pay, I'm finally back to flying this monstrosity. By the way, this thing belongs on a mainline list.

Heh, I love getting away, I forget everything about the FMS and it makes it easier for me to say at the end of this, "I need more captain pay-I mean time on the aircraft". Was going to goto Chicago O'Hare, and they cancelled our flight. So I'm in SAT tonight.

Tomorrow, two legs, SAT-SLC-MEM. Phht. That's the end of the trip. So I'm continuing to milk this thing for all it's worth.

Anyhow, I haven't got a lot of time or anything on this thing, but it flies like an airplane. The visuals are the same as the "prop world".

I'm getting a little tired of constantly walking into Hyatts and Mariotts and upscale courtyards. We couldn't get ANY of this on the Saab? So I figured out what Trip7 meant by the "Jet-world". The hotels are nicer... boy I sure am glad I'm losing my captain pay for this.

EDIT: Also, the water in SAT sucks.

But do any of them beat the shoals?? It's funny the difference in accomodations between the fleet, especially how bad it was in training. Thank god that gap has been closed a bit. Is there an MEL or is it a NEF for the buffing cloth to keep that thing shining all day long?

Of course not, you can't NEF the Buffing Cloth. That grounds the airplane.

Nothing yet beats the Shoals, but I've only been on this thing 4 whole days.

I wondered why I had 2 Captains on my Mesaba flight on Tuesday night. Must have been doing a downgrade or something. She was Hot, too;)

I think I might know the blond your are talking about, though, but Im sure there might be more than one at XJ. But if we are talking MEM based, SF340 CA and initials S.R. then I know.
