Interview Questions...

I have a part 135/91 interview coming up next week. Aircraft included are Citations and a few beechjets.

What sort of questions would be good to ask during/after the interview? I don't want to be "that" guy at the end of the interview, where the company manager asks, "Do you have any questions for us" .. and i say "nope"... Would NOT want to be that guy.

SO what are some serious questions to ask other than the standard get to know ya questions/bs about the company that I can read about online..???
 
I just had a 135 Charter interview a few days ago, which included a phone and a face-to-face interview. A asked a lot of general questions during the phone interview, but here are some questions I asked the interview panel during the face-to-face portion...

-Where do you see the company in the next few years?
-How does this company set itself apart from from its competitors?
-What do you consider to be the company's biggest challenge?

Exactly the type of questions I was looking for.. anyone got any more great ones?
 
I have asked: "What qualities do you look for in a First Officer/Captain?"

Even if you've already told them about your qualities and qualifications, and then they say they are looking for something you haven't covered, you can then add additional info about yourself to show how you meet their expectations.

Make sure all the terms of the job are very clear. This protects both you and them from entering an arrangement with different expectations.

How long till benifits start and what do they cover? What does it cost?
Vacation?
Scheduling? On call or not?
Perdiem, company cc, or how are expenses covered when out of base?
