Hey guys,
My sophomore year is rapidly coming to a close and I have decided I'd like to go on an internship for fall of 2009. I am not at one of the major aviation universities (University of Massachusetts) and thus do not have the information for aviation internships falling into my lap. I have done a great deal of digging to get phone numbers and email addresses for a wide variety of internships such as: Flight Safety, XJet, a few corporate operators, SouthernJets, and Continental. Unfortunately haven't heard back from any of the yet. I also don't see anything posted on any of the majors' careers sites yet.
If anybody could help me out I'm looking for any leads as to AMR, Southwest, World Airways, Coca Cola, and any other tips on SouthernJets would be great.
I thought this whole process would be one downside to not going to an av school, but I actually find it quite rewarding. I'm really having to do a lot of digging work for this and there is a great deal of satisfaction of doing it nearly on my own (that is of course with exception to all JC help!)
Thanks all!
