International Fliight Rules

This question is obviously aimed towards international flying.
If international aviation administrations have different flight rules, how do pilots flying to other countries know all this information? I know they have charts and etc. But the FAR/AIMs might be different.
 
They do. From what I understand, they use the country's IFIM (International Flight Information Manual) for operations in that country.
 
Airlines that fly internationally (trans-oceanic) usually teach an "international procedures" course to their pilots on that equipment. Corporate pilots that fly overseas often take similar "IP" courses at FSI/Simuflite/etc. as part of their recurrent training programs.

In Canada, it's all pretty much the same, you just say "eh" alot, as in, "Toronto, Chautauqua 3030, 11000, echo, eh!"
