International Angel Flight Equivalents?

Does anyone know of an organization which might provide transportation to a cancer patient from Paris to Boston (Mass General)? One of my cousins is attempting to arrange this on short notice (this weekend) for a cancer patient, but Air France quoted her over $30k, further complicated by the fact that he needs to be reclined or somehow in a stretcher.

A lot of long haul air medical flight are done by the airlines and they take a couple seats out, put in a stretcher and the needed equipment - it costs a lot.

There is no volunteer squad for such a venture - even if you found an empty leg you will likely pay $30,000 and if the patient is in need of such treatment and the finances are not in place what are they going to do once in Boston as far as health care.
