Same here in Baton Rouge .. its been overcast all day too. They have been predicting rain over the last couple of days, but it has yet to come. That is how it is in the south. It rains, becomes cold, warms up to 80 for a couple of days, rains, turns cold, and the cycle continues. No wonder people are always sick during the winter time!
