. I'll be spending the next three weeks knocking out my instrument training/check ride while home on vacation. Hopefully I can announce new instrument pilot in a month

Congrats!

P.S.-

Increase then decrease in airspeed, increase in pitch attitude, and decrease in descent rate?

Coney, quick question. When you took teh Comm. written it was good for how long? 2 years correct? Maybe the two years is something else I am thinking of.

Nice job.

I am taking practice tests for this thing, and I cannot get past an 85. It is really starting to piss me off.

I need to bang out like five 90 pluses in a row and then I'll feel good about things.

Eighty five is just fine. I remember when test day came, I took five or six practice tests and then went in and immediately took the exam. Fresh in the mind and many of the same questions popped up.

Hey! Sorry for the delayed response here. Looks like kellwolf picked up my slack. Yeah, the knowledge exam is good for 24 calender months.
